Digital health is now a mature market. The COVID19 pandemic has considerably accelerated the digital transformation of healthcare, engaging citizens/patients and professionals in the large adoption of new tools and new habits. Additionally, the implementation of technologies such as AI, machine learning, cloud computing, HPC, blockchain, AR/VR, etc. is also strongly promoted by decision-makers and clinicians in order to deliver a more predictive, preventive and personalised medicine as well as a better and easier access to care.
The post-crisis strategies from governments and public/private healthcare providers will offer a set of opportunities to large corporates and start-ups/scale-ups to bring innovations to care, thanks to the funding embedded in the various recovery plans.
2022 will be for sure a year for massive investments in digital health and the DHWS22 will be the place to discuss them around topics such as the hospital of the future, precision medicine, digital infrastructure, data platforms & EHR, mobile health apps & 5G, public health and crisis preparedness, urban health and smart healthy cities, financial health, etc.
