Hybrid event

The Apply AI Summit is taking place on 17 November 2026, in Brussels and online to mark the first anniversary of the adoption of the Apply AI Strategy and the closing of the European AI Innovation Month. The Summit will showcase how trustworthy, human-centric AI is driving competitiveness in key sectors of the European economy, including healthcare.

The event will feature a high-level panel discussion on the integration of AI in healthcare for prevention, early detection and diagnosis of cancer and cardiovascular disease. The discussion takes place alongside an exhibition showcasing successful real-world demonstrators of AI solutions in healthcare from leading European start-ups. This is an opportunity to exchange with healthcare providers, researchers, innovators, start-ups, medical centres, and policymakers shaping the European AI innovation ecosystem in healthcare and cancer care.

Parallel to the physical summit, the virtual conference platform will take the form of an Atlas of the European AI Continent. It will host up to 3,000 participants and offer livestreaming of some on-site sessions. It will also provide the possibility to learn more about the EU AI Innovation ecosystem and engage in diverse discussions across sectors and stakeholders.
