► Scaling up Digital Mental Health in Scotland

Experiences and lessons learnt from the large-scale introduction of digital therapies and services at a population level in Scotland. The presentation will highlight a number of the key considerations when approaching implementation of digital solutions at a national scale, and highlight key enablers and barriers to widespread adoption and digital transformation in healthcare settings. 

► Empowering Catalonia: Promoting healthcare equity through upscaling of digital solutions

Berta Llebot, Tic Salut Social, Catalonia, Spain

Engaging people in health promotion and shared decision-making is a pre-requisite for a prevention-oriented health system. The Ministry of Health of Catalonia has developed an Observatory for Digital Health Solutions in healthcare centres, to upscale the most effective solutions and promote regional equity. Tic Salut Social and CatSalut are collaborating to launch a Methodological Guide to include digital health services in La Meva Salut, the citizens' personal health record.
