The deliverable D6.1 – “Discharge reports: Implementation guides on EEHRxF, functional and technical requirements and specifications for EHR systems” provides specifications that will be commonly used, machine-readable and allow transmission of personal electronic health data between different software applications, devices and healthcare providers. It aims to support transmission of structured and unstructured health data.
The deliverable includes and references to the Xt-EHR logical models and to HL7 FHIR implementation guides (IG) developed in collaboration with HL7 Europe and IHE.
The deadline to provide comments on D6.1 is the 15 September 2025.

Who is invited to comment
Feedback on the deliverables is collected on national level in all participating European countries as well as via the Members of the eHealth Stakeholder Group that EHTEL is part of.
On a national level, stakeholders are selected in a Member State specific process that varies across the different countries.
If you are not selected, you can still submit your comments via EHTEL, and we will consolidate them.
