DESCRIPTION: \nThe first annual event for the Advanced Virtual Human Twins (VHT) Platform will provide an opportunity to take stock of progress and shape the platform based on real user needs and structured community feedback.\nThe event is organised by the EC Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CONNECT) with the support of the VHTnet consortium. \nOver the course of the two days, participants will discuss how to strengthen usability, adoption, interoperability and trust in the emerging VHT platform.\nThe two-day draft agenda is available&nbsp;<a href="https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/events/advanced-virtual-human-twins-vht-platform-annual-event" target="_blank" rel="noopener">here</a>.\nKey discussion topics\n\nValidation of the platform’s direction vis-a-vis community expectations\nReview of elicitation findings and identification of remaining gaps\nStakeholder engagement and participation incentives\nAdoption drivers, barriers and enabling services\nCapacity-building, user support and legal/ethical awareness needs\nLessons from comparable initiatives for the design of a VHT community hub\nPrioritisation of low-level requirements for the first version of the platform\nDefinition of the core scope for the first platform release, including interoperability and readiness considerations\n\n\nTarget audience\nThe first day is open to all stakeholders, subject to registration, including:\n\nMembers of the wider VHT User Community\nResearchers and academics\nDevelopers and technical experts\nPatient organisations\nRegulators\nIndustry representatives and innovators\nOther stakeholders interested in the development and uptake of Advanced VHT models\n\n\nThe second day is restricted to Advanced VHT Platform User Group members only.
